Eligibility for Return / Exchange
- You may return or exchange products within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags, packaging, and in original condition.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Sale or discontinued items are generally non-returnable unless defective.

Approval Process
Our support team will review your request and approve the return if it meets our policy guidelines.
Ship Product
Send the item back to our Surat warehouse. Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless the product is defective.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable. For defective or damaged products, we provide a full refund along with return shipping reimbursement.
Exchange Policy
We happily support size and style exchanges subject to stock availability. Please note that we do not accept returns for products that have been altered, worn, or damaged by the customer after delivery.
